**Ventós** - Somos una empresa internacional dedicada a la distribución y producción de aceites esenciales y químicos aromáticos. Nuestra sede corporativa se encuentra en Sant Just Desvern y tenemos filiales en Francia, Brasil, China, México, Colombia, Singapur y EEUU.En estos momentos, necesitamos incorporar a un/a Sales Assistant para nuestra filial en Tlalnepantla, México. Buscamos una persona dispuesta a asumir diferentes responsabilidades que además tenga ganas de crecer dentro de la empresa y desarrollar una carrera en el departamento de Ventas.- Tratar directamente con los clientes y establecer relaciones duraderas mediante una comunicación abierta e interactiva.- Preparar ofertas y cerrar pedidos.- Evaluar e identificar las necesidades de los clientes.- Gestionar las reclamaciones de los clientes ofreciendo soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los plazos establecidos y hacer un seguimiento para garantizar su resolución.- Obtener y evaluar toda la información pertinente para gestionar las consultas sobre productos y servicios.- Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de clientes.- Comunicación y coordinación con otros departamentos.- Envío y seguimiento de las muestras requeridas por los clientes.- Envío de la de la documentación requerida por los clientes relacionada con las ofertas o pedidos en curso.- Experiência previa y reciente de al menos 1-2 años en el área comercial como asistente comercial. Valoraremos positivamente si has trabajado en sectores como la industria química o de Flavors & Fragances, entre otros.- Consideraremos que aportes formación superior en la rama de económicas (ADE, Empresariales ) o química, entre otras formaciones afines.- Muy valorable experiência con el ERP Navision.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Trabajo desde casaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
