En este rol podrás manejar y liderear la relación comercial con el top retailer de canal moderno asegurando crear y mantener relaciones de negocio exitosas de mediano y largo plazo. Ser un activo interlocutor de necesidades del cliente con equipos internos para el desarrollo sostenido de ambas partes como socios estratégicos, siempre bajo el cumplimiento de la cultura y valores 3M.El impacto que tendrás en este rol- Creación y administración de planes promocionales para maximizar Sell Out alineando la estrategia de las marcas de 3M con estrategias y planes del cliente.- Evaluación y mejora de actividades comerciales por medio de análisis de información.- Ejecución de planes de lanzamiento y planes de marca.- Coordinación con diferentes áreas para ejecución de planess comerciales (marketing, trade marketing, operaciones, etc)- Generación y seguimiento de Forecast Accuracy para asegurar disponibilidad de producto para surtir al cliente.- Control y manejo de P&L del cliente para maximizar rentabilidad.- Generación, control y manejo de Joint Business Plan y KPI´s.Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos- Licenciatura terminada con título de preferencia en administración, mercadotecnia, negocios o similares.- Experiência comercial en empresas de consumo FMCG.- +3 años de experiência manejando clientes de Retail.
