Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.**Purpose****Essential Duties**- **Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**- **Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations**- **Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**- **Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes**- **Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.**- **Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System**Other Duties**- **Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly**- **Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources**Required Qualifications**- **Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in place of education**- **Minimum three years of Relevant Experience**- **Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience**- **Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.**- **Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.**- **Google Suite experience**- **Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge**Preferred Qualifications**- **Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment
