Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Manager, who will be based at our Chihuahua manufacturing facility, will provide superior tactical and strategic implementation of the quality system and supporting quality programs. In this position you can make immediate contributions in enhancing the current quality program, improving internal inspection processes, and improving supplier quality activities.**Key Accountabilities**- Utilize data driven problem solving methods to improve key quality metrics such as internal and external PPM, Scrap, First Article Inspection, and Customer Specification flow down.- Drive a culture of quality at the source whereby all associates assume ownership for the quality of their work, services, and products- Manage the activity and personal and professional development of the exempt and non-exempt quality staff- Facilitate the flow of work and to identify & drive continuous improvement opportunities within the shop floor- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction- Develop & Manage Sub-tiered suppliers qualifications and certifications- Liaison with FAA and/or other regulatory agencies.- Liaison/VOC representative to customer base- Quality Manage is responsible for creating policies, procedures, and workflow that is compliant with quality standard- Create and manage document control process- In partnership with Plant Manager create quality policy, and annual quality objectives to include monthly measurement and countermeasures- Own and drive periodic quality system management review sessions- Support compliance with the quality management system and any applicable standards (e.g. ISO9001:2015).**Job Requirements****Capabilities and Success Factors**- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field- At least seven years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment- Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish- Strong prior experience and proficiency in root cause analysis and formal problem solving techniques- Good writing/administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, Minitab, etc.)- Demonstrated proficiency project management- Fact based, data driven decision maker- Proven history of customer satisfaction success both internally & externally- Working knowledge of engineering part drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and TolerancingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $867,800.00 - $1,446,300.00 al añoBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
