TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.**What your background should look like**:**Education and Experience Requirements**- Ing. Industrial, comercio, logística o carrera a fin.- 3 años de experiência en el departamento de logística / materiales- Experiência en manejo de personal.- Conocimiento avanzado en el uso de SAP (Módulo WM) y Microsoft Office.- Experiência en actividades de reducción del tiempo de entrega y ahorro de costos.- Experiência en el uso de herramientas Six Sigma y técnicas de manufactura esbelta (como un plus)- Facilidad de palabra**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Hacer y distribuir reporte de inventario por proveedor, planner y PN.- Organizar Cycle Counts en las áreas de producción donde se tengan materiales en Kanban- Verificar documentos controlados en el área de almacén.- Hacer y distribuir reportes de excesos de inventarios.- Auditar procesos de reposición de materiales (RPS)- Supervisión del personal de almacén y actividades diarias.- Administrar, evaluar y reportar la productividad del almacén.- Seguimiento y coordinación de la recepción, almacenamiento y entrega oportuna de bienes y materiales.- Responsable de las operaciones del día a día para las solicitudes de fabricación (Kanban / Kitted Factory Orders).- Seguimiento y coordinación de la recepción, almacenamiento y entrega oportuna de bienes y materiales.- Solicitar suministros y mantener níveles de inventario adecuados.- Verificar la precisión de los pedidos, las facturas, los artículos recibidos, el inventario y las entregas.- Mantener registros, reportar información relevante y preparar cualquier documentación necesaria.- Implementar SOP de almacén y monitorear KPI de almacén.- Asegúrese de que SAP funcione sin problemas para el módulo WM- Liderar el conteo físico diario/anual, garantizar la precisión del inventario, supervisar el conteo del ciclo de inventario y analizar las discrepancias de inventario y la causa raíz, e impulsar acciones.- Optimice el uso de la ubicación de almacenamiento para una utilización eficiente del espacio.- Realizar una inspección diaria de los terrenos del almacén.- Coordinación y mantenimiento de flotas y equipos.- Define objetivos, realiza un seguimiento de los resultados (hora a hora) y la productividad de los operadores del almacén y determina el mejor curso de acción para cumplir con los cronogramas y / o resolver problemas técnicos.- Impulsar la implementación del concepto Lean y las mejores prácticas en el almacén.- Supervisará las operaciones junto con el coordinador de EHS y se asegurará de que cumplimos con todas normas y especificaciones de seguridad y medio ambiente.- Impulse los esfuerzos de mejora continua de la planta y los conceptos ajustados con el equipo, apoyándolos a través del PIM y los procesos de nívelLI-OnsiteHermosillo**Competencies**:- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- Building Effective Teams- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
