Llevar a cabo tareas y proyectos para brindar los beneficios del programa Marriott Bonboy de acuerdo con los términos y las condiciones del programa. Brindar respaldo en la etapa final de los procesos del programa de lealtad y ocuparse de problemas graves relacionados con dicho programa. Recopilar y evaluar los problemas vinculados a las estadías, la documentación de excepciones y la resolución de diversos problemas complejos del servicio, como los asuntos relacionados con los certificados y las estadías con canje. Mantener el historial y los datos correctos de los huéspedes e investigar y corregir los errores vinculados a las inscripciones, las actualizaciones de nombres y direcciones, los níveles de los huéspedes, las cuentas duplicadas, y ayudar con la publicación de Partner Points y millas.- Marriott International es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
