Lead Full-Stack Developer (Reliability Engineer) If you’re a senior engineer who wants true autonomy, zero bureaucracy, and the chance to own a critical part of a fast-growing SaaS product, this role is for you. We’re a profitable, bootstrapped workflow automation SaaS serving transportation finance companies. In just one year, we’ve captured 10% of the entire market, entirely through referrals — and we have zero churn. We’re a small team of highly experienced generalists who focus on building product, not managing layers. About the Role We’re hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer (Reliability Engineer) to own the Stability & Operations track of the platform. This is a Senior Individual Contributor role: No junior team, no people management, no micromanagement. Pure ownership. What You Will Do Turn business requirements into shipped code with full autonomy Spend 80–90% of your time coding Build and improve internal tools for monitoring, reliability, and stability Fix bugs and handle tightly-scoped features Work directly with B2B clients on L2/L3 technical issues Own Sentry logs, queue health, and implementation-quality decisions Write deployment/setup documentation for future senior hires Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to eliminate boilerplate — you’re the pilot, AI is the co-pilot In short: you will lead reliability end-to-end and ensure the product never breaks. Who You Are 10+ years in startups or small, high-performance teams A true senior generalist who thrives without handholding or bureaucracy Strong problem-solving skills and deep experience owning production systems Comfortable making technical decisions quickly and cleanly Someone who learns new technologies fast and ships reliably Fluent in spoken and written English Based anywhere in the Americas (to align with US business hours) Technical Stack Frontend: Vue 3, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Vite Real-time: Pusher, Laravel Echo, WebSockets Cloud: AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda) DevOps: Docker, Git Monitoring: Sentry Bonus experience (not required, but great to have) Payment/financial systems If this sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
