DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:The Risk Strategy team is responsible for developing risk strategy for our products and business flows, including both fraud risk and credit risk, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, adopting innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fintech industry, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced risk professional to own the end to end risk policies and response for key loss metrics while maintaining a positive user experience.Role Responsibilities:- Responsible for anti-fraud, especially synthetic fraud risk management and process design.- Responsible for external data sourcing and implementation, including related risk policy and optimization.- Monitoring Real-Time online risk policies and handling of abnormal problems, and ensure the stability of online business.- Analyzing key data for business monitoring and improvement.- Extracting and processing raw data for it's quality assurance and analysis.Role Qualifications:- A major in math, statistics, computer science or related fields.- Experience in risk policy analysis above 1+ years, preferable.- Advanced Knowledge in Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.)- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS.- Advanced/Advanced-Intermidiate in English & Spanish.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
