Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyoneCheck, sort, code and match invoicesProcess non-PO invoices in accordance with the Delegation of AuthorityMonitor and reconcile vendor statements to ensure payments are up to dateResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and complex issuesCo-ordinate and participate in month end closingEnsure data accuracyReview payment runs to ensure data accuracyProduce and ensure accuracy of monthly reports (e.g. KPI, GRNI, AP Aging)Have a continuous follow up on aged items (e.g. GRNI, AP Aging)Ensure Desktop Procedure Documentation is up-to-dateRecognize process deficiencies and suggest solutionsParticipate and lead smaller projects as requiredWork closely together with the Purchasing TeamsMonitor and respond to incoming enquiries, ensure proper actions are put in placeProactive and timely escalation of operational issuesPrepare month-end close tasks, ensure deadlines are metMaintain documentation as per internal controls and SOX audit requirementsEnsure compliance with Flowserve policies, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as defined by Flowserve (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and local statutory laws and regulations and that business is conducted within Flowserve ethical code of business conduct.**Req ID** : R-15290**Job Family Group** : Finance & Accounting**Job Family** : FA AccountingEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
