Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Position Summary**The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will play a key role in the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position will provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for senior management.**How You’ll Make a Difference**- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to understand the root causes of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.- Performance Measurement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts.- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and business planning.- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Act as a financial advisor to various departments.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management.Experiência y requisitos**What You’ll Need to Help Us Win**- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish- Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or accounting- A curious and inquisitive mind.
