-Job description**Data Management****Role purpose** **Data Management Manager will require partnership with regional Business, Regulatory Reporting Central Tower, IT GB/GFs and Transformation teams to execute the Data management framework, control, policies and Data & Automation programme to ensure data consistency between regulatory reports.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Active participation on Data & Automation programme- Data mapping of Regulatory reports- Data lineage, data dictionary, Business Data Elements (BDEs) definition, data usage and flow- Data management control implementation for the regulatory reports- Analysis and documentation of regulatory reports process (including IT processes)- Provide insights to regular updates to different forums such as Data Council, Data SteerCo, Regulatory reports working groups, RMM, etc.- Documenting progress and tracking status reporting- Risk identification, risk reporting and risk planning- Working with regulatory reports owners, Regulatory Reporting Central Tower and data providers.Requirements**Requeriments**- Previous proven experience in Data Management / Data Governance (+1years).- Previous proven experience in HSBC data (desirable regulatory reports).- Knowledge on Data Usage controls implementation.- Knowledge of Trusted Source Framework.- Knowledge in BDEs identification.- Knowledge in Data Quality.- Previous experience in Finance.- Knowledge in data lineage and data mapping.- Knowledge in Collibra tool.- Knowledge in different source systems in HSBC (Teradata, Hogan, etc).- Strong interpersonal skills.- Banking experience.- Able to build and maintain global and local relationships.- Strong hands-on capability.- Be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to details and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the high required levels of quality.- Intermediate English- Interpretación de estadísticas, medidores e indicadoresAt HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities.
