Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.**In a typical day as a Controllership Financial Analyst, you would**:Perform account reconciliations for prepaids and accrued liabilities accounts; doing escalatable follow up and providing account variance explanations for BSR (Balance Sheet Review). Complex Account Reconciliations as well as Month End Close process and follow up on reconciling items. Also Works on financial reporting for US and local GAAP purposes.- Provide complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.- Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.- Support policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.- Identify issues and proposes solutions.- Represent finance on cross- functional teams.- Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.**_About you:_**- **Deep knowledge and understanding of financial statements**- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics- Solid experience as a financial analyst.- Analytical skills.- Excellent Communication and influencing skills.- Advanced English- Advanced ExcelThis role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office
