**Brand Manager**- Grupo Gardea - Tiendas 2Cap _Somos una empresa dedicada al **diseño, producción y comercialización de gorras y accesorios de moda urbana**, con presencia en el mercado a través de sus tiendas **2Cap Gorras**. Nos enfocamos en ofrecer productos innovadores, de alta calidad y en tendencia, logrando conectar con un público joven y dinámico.**Objetivo**:Responsable de la estrategia, ejecución y monitoreo de marcas asignadas.**Funciones**:- Gestión de presupuesto.- Definir e implementar estrategia digital y en redes sociales.- Supervisar Social Media Ads e influencers.- Creación de contenido y calendarización.- Análisis de KPI’s y reportes mensuales.- Activación de campañas PR y eventos.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Comunicación o afín.- 1 año de experiência en puesto similar.- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.- Manejo de Microsoft Office.- Edad: 25-35 años | Sexo: Indistinto.**Habilidades**:- Visión creativa- Pensamiento estratégico- Comunicación efectiva- Liderazgo**Ofrecemos**:- Crecimiento profesional- Proyectos de alto impacto- Prestaciones de leyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
