**Job Summary**:We are seeking a Bilingual Accountant to join our team (English & Spanish). This individual will be responsible for carrying out accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and other general administrative tasks. Good communication skills and proactivity are a must.**Responsibilities**:- Perform general accounting duties, including recording transactions, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements- Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management- Knowledge of general accounting software such as Contpaq. Quickbooks or similar- Familiarity with the use of Google Drive documents and spreadsheets.- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.- Provide financial and accounting advice to other departments as needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 2-5 years of professional experience as an accountant.- Strong proficiency in English. Must be able to communicate verbally and must have good writing/reading skills.- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.- Professional University Title in Accounting Major.
