Jr Bookkeeper

**Job Title**: Junior Bookkeeper (Remote)**Location**: Mexico**Company**: Aleph Integrated**Responsibilities**:- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.- Communicate effectively with team members using Slack for seamless collaboration.- Use Google for Business tools for document sharing and organization.- Support the Senior Bookkeeper and Accounting team as needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.- 1 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Slack, and Google for Business.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with team members virtually.This is a remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 Mexican Pesos after taxes, depending on experience.
