El Especialista de Servicio Técnico, realiza asesorías técnicas a los clientes, da solución a problemas sobre la gama de productos de la compañía, para favorecer un mejor aprovechamiento de los mismos, brinda el soporte necesario y permanente a la fuerza de ventas y a todos los distribuidores para la correcta aplicación de los diferentes sistemas de pintura.RESPONSIBILITIES- Promocionar los productos de la empresa para favorecer su venta mediante demostraciones.- Capacitar a los distribuidores, pintores y personal relacionado a las pinturas que fabrica la empresa.- Participar en convenciones y demostraciones de producto SW- Manejar diferentes tipos de productos asociados y aplicación en general- Favorecer las ventas de los productos de la empresa, mediante la adecuada asesoría a los clientes, sobre las características de los productos.- Mantener estrecho y constante contacto con los clientes, a los que brinda apoyo técnico, para monitorear la efectividad y eficiencia de los apoyos dados a estosQUALIFICATIONS- EDUCACIÓN:Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica terminadaConocimiento de Sistemas de RepintadoAplicación, Enmascaramiento, Preparación de Superficies- CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA:Dos años manejando Sistemas de RepintadoIgualado de coloresExperiência en Servicio en Agencias Automotrices (Igualador)Manejo de equipo de repintado (Pistolas, Lijadoras, Pulidoras, etc.)- COMPETENCIAS:Enfoque a resultadosExcelente habilidad de comunicaciónNegociaciónEMPLOYER DESCRIPTIONHere, we believe there’s not one path to success, we believe in careers that grow with you.
