SUMMARYThe Merchandising Project Manager Intern in this role has a background in business administration, project management, organizational communication, or Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at the university level. Primarily responsible for developing and following up on project plans and tracking the Projects progress. Documents and tracks projects and processes as well as their stakeholders via project management software (Workfront, Jira) as well as Excel,Outlook and others. Puts into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during the career program completion and gains relevant skills and experience from collaborating with professionals and exposure to a professional work environment.RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop project plans according to objectives and budgetary needs- Document reports/programs/processes- Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders- Monitor and present reports on project progress- Leads and organizes activities and meetings.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Level of Formal Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program- Area of Study: Business administration or Information and Communications Technology (ICT) related- Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.- Type of Experience: Administrative, human resources, data management- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish), Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus- Other/Preferred: Jira and Agile methodology, Clear Communication, Creativity, Adaptability, Delegation, Forecasting, Leadership, Management, Organization, Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking.
