**Key Job Accountabilities**:- Regarded as a "go to" technical leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for discipline specific process development, process improvement or troubleshooting.- Developing process control and improvement for teams to Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.- Serves as a technical and/or project team lead providing technical guidance/ training, controlling scope, schedule, Risk and ensuring overall technical success through Plexus Manufacturing Processes / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.- Leads local continuous improvement activities associated with their discipline or manufacturing processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.- Expertise in Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- A minimum of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science;- Minimum Eight (8) years of related experience is required for Sr Staff;- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.**Other Qualifications**:- N/A**Physical Requirements**:- N/A**Travel Requirements**:- N/A- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
