Artist Experience Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Artist Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. Responsibilities Utilize artistic abilities to create customized products that meet customer needs and expectations. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Stay up-to-date on product information and ensure accurate representation of Golden Goose brand values. Participate in Sneaker Maker Tour events and travel as needed. Perform Sales Associate duties when not on tour or co-creating. Qualifications 1‑3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling) Self‑motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player Other languages a plus We foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, where each individual can express their authentic self, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability or age.
