**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Acompañar y dar soporte técnico a los vendedores en las reuniones con clientes, de forma presencial o remota, para obtener información de primera mano de los detalles del requerimiento.- Levantamiento de información en sitio mediante el uso de herramientas de medición para contar con la data necesaria para el desarrollo de las propuestas,- Dimensionar y configurar los productos del Portafolio Vertiv usando aplicaciones internas como CPQ, Hiratig y Configure One para seleccionar de forma precisa los equipos requeridos por el cliente.- Diseñar y dimensionar las instalaciones y servicios asociados a la operación exclusiva del Portafolio Vertiv para garantizar su correcta operación.- Elaborar casos de negocio que sustenten las propuestas económicas mediante formatos estandarizados que permitan el análisis financiero de las mismas.- Elaborar propuestas técnico económicas con la descripción detallada de los alcances y las condiciones comerciales a ofrecer, usando los formatos establecidos para que el cliente tenga la información completa de la propuesta.- Creación de ítems en la base de datos de las plataformas Oracle y SAP, para que el área de operaciones pueda manejar la logística asociada a los productos.- Procesamiento de Órdenes de Compra mediante un Sales Order Request (SOR) para que la venta quede registrada en los sistemas de gestión y se inicie el proceso de ejecución.Participar y coordinar con el cliente final y el cliente interno entrenamiento en Portafolio Vertiv y en mejores prácticas mediante reuniones o programas virtuales o presenciales.**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Job Qualifications**:- De 1 a 5 años de experiência.- Manejar Microsoft Office y AutoCADNível de inglés medio.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Deseable experiência en Telecom y/o DataCenter- Deseable manejo de SixSigma u otro CFD
