As a Expansion Specialist , you will design and implement territorial growth strategies that enhance the profitability of our dealership network. This includes identifying business opportunities through store openings, relocations, remodels, and strategic closures of underperforming locations. You will report directly to our Expansion Manager #LI-Onsite Main Responsibilities Expansion Plan Design: Develop expansion plans for assigned territories, optimizing the number of stores under the productive store strategy. Commercial Project Analysis: Assess the feasibility and profitability of annual projects related to store openings, relocations, and remodels. Territorial Studies: Conduct market analysis by location or dealership, considering macroeconomic environment, competition, segmentation, market value, and market share (PDM). Fieldwork and Local Validation: Maintain a presence in the field to validate data with dealership partners and commercial teams, ensuring decisions are based on insights. Property Management: Advise on property validation, lease contracts, and documentation. Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial expansion, retail design, or commercial real estate Knowledge of market research, profitability metrics, and contract negotiation Proficiency in tools such as Google Earth, GIS, Power BI, and project management software Benefits such as health insurance, life insurance and more, will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
