**Principales responsabilidades de la posición**:- Rol requiere alto nível de conocimiento en microbiología.- Identificar requerimientos de diseño higiénico, y riesgos de contaminación.- Trabajar con todo el personal para liberación de producto.- Contacto con el higienistaa global.- Diseño de assessments higiénicos para reducir riesgos microbiológicos.**Las habilidades que estamos buscando**:- Tener conocimientos de ingeniería (evalúan equipos, materiales de piso, soldaduras).Conocimiento técnico de ingeniería.- Conocimiento sobre tipos de válvulas, soldaduras higiénicas.
