They specialize in building high-performance WordPress websites designed to support lead generation, SEO, and long-term scalability . About the Role We’re hiring a Full-Stack WordPress Developer to build, optimize, and maintain fast, secure, and conversion-focused WordPress websites. This role works closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to translate concepts into polished, scalable WordPress builds that perform exceptionally well. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices. Translate Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds. Build and maintain custom post types, templates, and reusable components. Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals. Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content. Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers to deliver projects on schedule. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites (agency or client-facing environments preferred). Strong working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and WordPress core architecture. Hands-on experience with modern page builders such as Elementor (or equivalent). Solid understanding of technical SEO , site performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals. Experience building custom post types, templates, and reusable components . Familiarity with version control (Git) and working with staging/production environments. Strong attention to detail, code quality, and documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment . Compensation & Benefits Salary range: Up to $3,000 USD/month, based on experience. Fully remote role (LATAM-based candidates only). Full-time, long-term opportunity. Work with a fully in-house marketing and creative team.
