Si eres un apasionado de la gestión y control, tu propósito es desarrollar e implementar un sistema de gestión de inocuidad de acuerdo con los estándares Unilever entonces este rol es sólo para ti**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Reporta a Quality Site Coordinator, no tiene reportes directos.- Es el encargado de la gestión y administración de los siguientes programas del sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimentaria:- **Recall/ Trazabilidad**:- **Elaboración de certificados de calidad**:- **Auditorias Internas y externas**:- **Auditorias a proveedores de Servicios**:- **Verificación de PPR´s**:- **Gestión de Producto no conforme**:- **Gestión de correcciones y acciones correctivas**:- **Gestión de documentos para exportación de productos**- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos aplicables relacionados con la gestión de ISO 2200:2018.- Participar en auditorias internas y externas.- Responsable de asegurar la implementación de los lineamientos de Unilever que se relacionen con los programas del sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimentaria que están a su cargo.- Ser parte del equipo de auditores internos.- Responsable del desarrollo, actualización y comunicación de los estándares relacionas con los programas del sistema de inocuidad que están a su cargo.- Entrena y habilita a todo el personal operativo y administrativo en temas relacionas al sistema de gestión de inocuidad.- Es responsable del cumplimiento de plan de Auditorias Internas y Externas.**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?****Experiência**- Ingeniería en alimentos, químico en alimentos, ingeniero químico o afin.- 2 años de experiência en Aseguramiento de Calidad en específico dentro del sistema de gestión de inocuidad alimentaria.**Habilidades**- Conocimiento y experiência en estándar FSSC2200 V6.- Buenas practicas de manufactura- Metodología HACCP- Metodología Food Defense- NOM 251- SSA1 -2009- Codex Alimentarius- Negociación, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, influencia, comunicación efectiva, enfocado a los detalles.- Microsoft aplicaciones Word, Excel y Power Point.- Análisis de causa raíz.- Diseño higiénico- Análisis de datos- Resolución de problemas- Buenas prácticas de documentación- Análisis de riesgos- Manejo de bases de datos
