For over 20 years, we have scaled with soul to become a disruptive industry leader by building trusted long-term relationships with our brand partners and empowering our people to drive positive change.About the JobAs Human Resources Generalist, You Will- Provide Human Resource (HR) policy guidance- Conduct employee onboarding process- Ensure operational HR activities and processes are followed correctly- Responsible of HR Investigations- Actively support line managers in addressing employee's breaches and conduct- Attend legal and disciplinary staff hearings- Provide coaching on HR matters- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department- Engage in day-to-day coordination of activities with other HR Officers- Input data in HR systems- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form- Perform other HR related duties when assignedAs Human Resources Generalist, You Have- Graduate degree in Law, Human Resources and Labor Relations or similar- 3 years of work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment- Extensive knowledge of Mexican labor law- Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS)- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, written and verbal- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills- Great attention to detail and precision- Exceptional organization and time management skills - must be able to multitask and prioritize
