The team has a global footprint, principally in the London, San Francisco, and Hong Kong, and is comprised of about 30 investment professionals.**Role Description**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide model-management and quantitative research for Global MPS portfolios with a focus on the portfolios domiciled in Latin America.- Actively engage in Multi-Asset investment research with a deep focus on MPS quantitative research, encourage cross-team collaboration and serve as a role model for quantitative portfolio managers.- Implement MPS investment insights into client portfolios and models, using them to deliver investment performance that meets or exceeds client expectations.- Perform model management tasks, including rebalancing, monitoring positions, performance and risk. Maintain overall portfolio compliance respecting portfolio guidelines- Produce investment insights for Latin America and participate in relevant regional and global research meetings.- Evaluate performance attribution and communicate market/portfolio performance.- Create and maintain visualization solutions using Tableau, Power BI and other visualization mediums- Collaborate on the development of new products and solutions for Latin America and global investors.- Build partnerships and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree essential, and Postgraduate degree/CFA holder preferred.- Proven experience in portfolio management and/or investment research.- Good knowledge of quantitative finance theory and investment process.- Familiar with Latin American financial markets including equity, bond, and derivative markets.
