Goal Identify, analyze, and implement improvement initiatives that optimize our processes and increase operational efficiency, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Principal Activities Evaluate and analyze existing processes within the organization to identify potential areas for improvement. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production capacity by applying methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Work continuously with other departments to ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with business unit objectives. Provide training and coaching to staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques. Develop and update documentation of processes, procedures, and operating standards.
