If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoy talking to people, we want you to join our dynamic team**Position Summary**:We are looking for a results-driven and persuasive Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential property sellers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and identifying qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners who may be looking to sell their properties, and your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s lead generation and business growth.**Key Responsibilities**:- Make high-volume outbound calls (250+ daily) to homeowners using provided lead lists.- Explain the benefits of our services, and assess seller motivation.- Engage in scripted conversations while maintaining a natural and persuasive tone.- Qualify leads by asking questions about the property condition, seller motivation, and time frame for selling.- Overcome objections and provide thoughtful rebuttals to maintain conversations.- Record detailed information on each call, including notes on seller responses, in our CRM.- Achieve daily and weekly performance goals related to call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.**Qualifications**:- 1+ years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or telemarketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).- Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle objections.- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.- Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry skills.- A reliable laptop/computer with a good headset with a mic and internet connection.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience in real estate or property management is an advantage.- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).Pay: From $200,000.00 per year**Experience**:- outbound sales: 1 year (required)- real estate related: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English-Like a native (required)Work Location: Remote
