**Location**- Monterrey, Mexico**Job ID**- **Category**- Human Resources**Are you passionate about the HR area and especially HR Benefits related processes?**Join our amazing Employee Services Operations team and help us make our LEGO® colleagues happy through ensuring high level service as well as nice benefits for them**Core Responsibilities**:As a Senior Advisor, you will be delivering a consistent service to all the customers of our Americas shared service center. This means to meet the customers’ expectations and provide them with the best service, incorporating the LEGO® values. Your responsibilities would be as follows:**Administer employee leave of absence and accommodation requests**:- Coordinate with our external leave administrator (NY Life) to document, assess and communicate decisions related to leaves of absence and accommodation requests.- Collaborate with people leaders and employees to help employees perform essential job functions.- Collaborate with internal partners (People, Places and Culture; Legal; etc.) on cases that need additional consultation.**Administer benefit plans, billings, and systems**:- Audit and update data feeds to benefit carriers.- Process weekly claim wires.- Process bills related to benefit plans.- Collaborate closely with Payroll and other internal partners to ensure data integrity and consistent processes.**Review processes maps and documentation to find improvement opportunities.**:- Assess the performance of the processes to define opportunities to improve the efficiencies and productivity of the process transactions.- Interact with other teams to align the processes and design new ways of working in terms of the service delivery matters.**Play your part in our team succeeding**:The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Kladno and Singapore. Joining this team means joining top professional environment where the focus is on quality, learning and collaboration.**Do you have what it takes?**- Solid experience in Benefits for Americas region.- Knowledge about CI tools.- Fluent English skills.- Attention to details and skills to identify errors and guaranty the quality of the processes.- Excellent communication skills, to be able to serve as the liaison between employees, leaders, and our external leave provider.- Strong organizational skills to be able to track and audit leave cases.- Excellent judgement to know when to make the determination on your own using a set of established guidelines, and when to involve other partners.- Advanced in MS office.**Join the global LEGO® team**:What’s in it for you?
