Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.We are searching for the best talent for Tool Crib Technician II to be in Plant Independencia.JOB SUMMARYThe Tool Crib warehouseman receives, stores, and delivers material, spare parts, and tools as well as is responsible for maintaining the records and documentation required for Tool Crib, and is also responsible for generating manual and electronic purchase orders for spare parts and consumables, uploaded in the Tool Crib area.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESUnder limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Counts, weighs, and sorts of items that are delivered by Tool Crib to users.- Ensures receipt of the ordered material and spare parts by comparing the invoices delivered by the area of the receipt.- Stores material and spare parts.- Participates in scheduled inventories by counting and updating the system.- Determines proper storage methods for the different materials used in Tool Crib.- Is responsible for receiving and transporting the material to the Tool Crib area for storage.- Keeps the inventory system updated by capturing inputs and outputs of material and spare parts.- Notify your supervisor of mínimal or no material and/or spare parts inventories.- Captures information on new parts registered in Tool Crib.- Maintains required documentation of parts and materials.- Generates department metrics.- Complies with the company's local, state, or federal regulations and Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental procedures and policies.- Some other responsibilities may be added; Just as it could happen that some of those listed arenot assigned.Tool Crib Technician II:- Responsible for the administration of parts in the tool crib including receipt, storage, and maintenance of the system of minimums and maximums.- Establish constant cost-reduction programs.**Qualifications**:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONEducation: High School or equivalent /Technical Career.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in related area. Knowledge of the Maximo system and administration of maximums and minimums.Knowledge of metallic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts.Knowledge of parts purchasing management systems.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS- Inventory management.- Experience in cycle counting.- Basic knowledge of Ariba System.- Basic knowledge of Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.- Focused on Customer Service- Management of MAXIMO System- Use of MS Office.- Knowledge of Inventory Management Software.
