To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.- THE ROLE:Work with Product Development/Program Management on program to deliver a new vehicle.- Depending on where the program is within developmenttiming, key work elements may include:- Support Purchasing Strategy program planning- Compile and update initial sourcing tracking work in Ariba D (ADS 2.0)- Achieve cross functional alignment and deliver sourcing to meet Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOB) and coordinate Supplier involvement requirements as needed- Lead cross-functional Sourcing Meetings and assist in closing open issues with Material Cost team- Manage workplan rollup of program Commodity Planning, Sourcing, Supplier- Quotations, Long Lead Funding and Contract ProcessesYOUR IMPACT:- Lead OTG (Open-to-Go) PO/TO completion to meet Program milestones:- Support daily Program launch meetings- Manage communication flow between Program team and Material Cost team- Manage daily metrics.- Represent Purchasing in New Model forums and coordinate help needed with Material Cost- Cascade information on pre-J1 program capacity studies to Material Cost and Capacity Purchasing and ensure alignment around completion of sourcing POs to support capacity studiesWHAT YOU’LL NEED:Position Qualifications:- Bachelors degree- Knowledge of Ford/Purchasing Systems- Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills Commercial business acumenOther Information:- Purchasing experience preferred: Program, Commodity, Program STA Confidence working with other skill teams and ability to represent Purchasing Positive, can-do attitudeCOMPANY DESCRIPTION:- DISCLAIMER:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.**Id. de solicitud asignado automáticamente**- 63004BR**Nível Idioma Inglés**- Avanzado**Disponibilidad para viajar**- SI**Rotación de turnos**- No**Frecuencia de viajes**- 1-2 por mes**Tipo de Contratación**- GSR
