Job Description

Oracle HCM Functional HR, Workforce Management with TM and Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Support Specialist

  • Offer functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for functional issues, providing Level 1 support and ensuring swift resolution of service requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct functional testing of new features, patches, and updates to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to functional processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Experience with functional support or implementation in Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor management modules for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Good to have 1 to 2 years’ experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS HCM, or other Cloud-based HRIS.
  • Working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain.
