By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that’s why we want you**What will you work on?**This role is responsible to lead supply planning and demand planning teams therefore the responsibility is local SOP process, forecasting and supplying product to fulfill customer requirements.**How will you create impact?**- Create and update forecast models, incorporating all information obtained regarding sales, marketing, finance, business intelligence models and information from other sources such as Circana.- Track specific trends for seasonal commercial cycles to include it in forecasts.- Develop and manage processes for inventory planning in terms of Inventory level, lead time, Turns, Days of Supply and non-performing inventory at the Finished Good and Product Family level.- Drive efficient execution of the SOP process with a mind for optimization. Prepare Supply analysis in support of the SOP Process.- Drive optimization of MRP and Replenishment activities.- Communicate Supply Status including Production Forecasts to key stakeholders.- Work closely with International and Domestic Sales Team to reduce/eliminate excess of FG, and expedite to resolve inventory constraints.- Build strong working relationship with commercial teams to meet the needs of the business to maximize product availability through forecasting and planning.- Monitor and help resolve customer service related issues for assigned products in support of customers, brand manager Sales parties.- Proactively manage and monitor inventory levels.- Ensure readiness of weekly and monthly reports.
