Important company is looking for:Finance ManagerOverviewThe Finance Manager is responsible for SOX/ Internal Controls, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. This position is a business partner to plant management and provides support to the local plant management team.Activities:Oversees the general accounting function and general ledgersEnsures transactions have been recorded in an accurate, consistent and timely mannerDevelops and implements consistent policies, procedures, accounting principles, best practices and reporting requirements throughout the accounting organizationDirects accounting functions and interacts with Regional/Division teams as necessaryDelivers month end closing and financial reportingSafeguards company assets, ensures critical financial processes are sustained in order to provide accurate and timely Financial StatementsConfirms accounting teams are maintaining necessary supporting documents and schedules for all general ledger accounts and reconciling items are resolved in a timely mannerPrepares and reports plant weekly/monthly resultsUtilizes financial data to proactively identify areas for improvementProvides financial review of capital expenditure requests and spendResponsible for ensuring that internal controls are in place according to corporate requirementsEnsures compliance to all relevant the Company accounting policiesCompletes requests and analysis required by external and internal auditorsTimely remediation of SOX and Internal Audit findingsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Must be able to work in fast paced results-oriented environmentUnderstand and effectively implement accounting guidance, company policiesStrong analytical skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProven leadership experienceMust enjoy and be able to drive changeStrong interpersonal skills to use influence to affect change and drive internal controlsSchedule:Monday to Friday 7am to 3pmWe offer:Benefits above the lawTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 al añoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaExperiência:- gerente de finanzas: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- ingles avanzado conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial- Health insurance
