Ready to take the next step in your career?We're currently looking for a **Finance Supervisor to Work from home part-time**- Responsible for keeping track of the company's accounting records. In charge of determining the monthly profitability of the company, budget control, cash flow control, supervising and directing the other employees of the accounting, Payroll, Tax and Mexican Accounting area._**Job responsibilities**:- Responsible for the accounting area managing the day-to day interactions- Responsible for the correct payment of payroll and Federal, State and Municipal taxes.- Attention to Corporate requirements- Make improvements to the accounting and payroll area- Attend external audits by the accounting firm.- Attention and follow-up to any notification from government agencies.- Review and follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activity.- Experience with interaction with senior management- Responsible process improvements within the areas of responsibility.- Oversee a team of +5 employees**Job profile**:- Conversational english- 3-5 years of experience (accounting, payroll processes)- Master´s degree in Accounting or Finance- Knowledge such as: Windows, Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP Systems like Acumatica, Oracle, SAP, Federal, state and municipal taxes, General Accounting, Payroll, External audits, Government Requirements, Interpretation of Financial Statements, Financial analysisTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes
