We are looking for a Specialized Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing innovative interior components for vehicle programs. You’ll be responsible for designing elements such as trim, overhead systems, instrument panels, cargo flooring, and acoustic features—always with a focus on quality, integration, and industry standards. What do we expect from you? Design and develop interior vehicle components, ensuring they are visually appealing, ergonomic, and manufacturable. Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, applying GD&T specifications. Take part in design reviews and integration meetings, sharing your ideas and expertise. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all program requirements are met. Clearly document your design concepts, risk assessments, and performance evaluations. Support change management and revision control processes to keep projects on track. Qualifications Who are we looking for? Junior Design Engineer (1–4 Years Of Experience) Experience in design engineering, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficiency with Siemens NX and a solid understanding of SAE wiring design fundamentals. Strong English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Design preferred. Senior Design Engineer (5+ years of experience) Extensive experience in automotive product design. Advanced Siemens NX skills, including electrical routing. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus. Experience with Altair SimSolid and CAE principles. Excellent English communication skills. What will you deliver? High-quality CAD models and technical drawings. Design presentations and analysis reports. Monthly progress updates and compliance documentation. Additional Information Why Join Us?
