This role is designed to drive and support that strategy as we do marketing at scale. This means defining the standards for and delivering on global integrated campaign effectiveness. You will partner with our Global Marketing Operations function and their insight leaders to formulate and articulate marketing insights that tell a clear and consistent story, helping to optimize for future campaign success. You will be a key partner in delivering a meaningful business review rhythm for the marketing organization.**What You’ll be Doing**:- Leads efforts to define and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting and analyzing results for global integrated campaigns- Gain buy-in for measurement models from key stakeholders across the marketing organization- In partnership with Marketing Operations, develop standards on campaign reporting and insights- Enable marketing teams to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting- Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure we have accurate/robust data models and requirements which will allow the insight required- Influence the creation of advanced and predicative models such as marketing mix, propensity to buy, next best offer and customers lifetime value; Enable marketing team to use these models to adjust their activation mix- Collaborate closely with the regional marketing teams to measure and optimize global campaign effectiveness in the geos**Qualifications**Requirements**:- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field- 12+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions- Proven experience defining and managing marketing and/or sales performance data- Global marketing experience preferred- Ability to motivate high performing, globally diverse teams by leading through influence- Demonstrated experience working with across marketing functions, collaboratively with sales and sales operations.- In-depth understanding of data warehousing, predictive data models, marketing funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies.- Experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and more) and productivity tools such as PowerPoint, SmartSheets, marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics CRM) solutions is required.- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.- Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.- A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.- High level of business, executive, and marketing acumen.- Flexible and adept at navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities in a high growth environment.- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a high growth environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics.- Natural curiosity and excitement to stay abreast with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.**Additional Information**ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
