Our team is passionate, fun, creative and courageous in communications.**Summary**:**Essential Duties**:- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.- Assist with payroll processing and employee inquiries.- Process new hire paperwork, employee onboarding, terminations, and other HR functions.- Assist with set-up/coordination of office equipment with IT, including allocation of cubicles and offices.- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments as needed.- Create and update records and databases with personnel.- Perform all client billing and accounts receivable functions and liaison with clients.- Assist in monitoring invoices and supporting Accounts Payable to ensure they are paid in a timely manner.- Manage vendor relationships for all office equipment and service contracts; maintain all vendor contracts and service agreements.- Track office and warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary.- Collaborate with senior management on all financial and budgetary issues relating to the facility.- Perform other job-related duties as requested.**Qualifications**- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.- Excellent time management, organizational and analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll practices and applicable responsibilities.- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).**Education Requirements**- High school diploma; or relevant work experience in this role.**Work Environment**- Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion.- Fast-Paced, High activity environment- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.- Office location: Monterrey, Mexico**Equal Opportunity Employer**The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
