The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.- Build, test, and deploy machine learning pipelines and intelligent systems.- Work with large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.- Research and stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI techniques and technologies.- Optimize model performance and ensure reproducibility and transparency.- Deploy models using cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI).- Document processes and maintain model lifecycle management.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++.- Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL.- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary $28k - $34 K gross monthly**:- Full **law benefits**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Private minor medical insurance**Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
