If yes, we are looking for you**About the Role**In this opportunity as a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible to:- Strong customer service skills.- Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate/transmit knowledge both verbally and in writing.- Proactive and effective attitude in problem-solving.- Willingness to work autonomously.- Performing queries in Open SQL.- Developing scripts in SQL Server.- BPM process design.- Custom report design.- Functional specification of system issues.- Providing customers with corrective instructions.- Assisting clients with patch releases.- Advanced oral and written English proficiency.- Analysis and definition of project specifications and requirements.- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the Office suite**About You**You’re a fit for the role of Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior if your background includes:- Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.- Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.- Knowledge of foreign trade.- Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX.- Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology.
