Purchasing - Expert- Ramos Arizpe, Mexiko | Einkauf | Berufserfahrene | Unbefristet | July 26, 2021 Job DescriptionSupplier Quality Development- Is responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing and implementing quality assurance processes and conducting supplier evaluations-- Main TasksExecuting the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards and requirements- Developing and implementing improvement plans for suppliers with performance issues, providing guidance and support to enhance their quality processes- Executing the follow up on supplier escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues and ensure timely resolution- Creating and maintaining tools and resources to support supplier quality management, including quality assessment templates and performance tracking systems- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chainSkillsRisk Management- Continuous Improvement- Supplier Relationship Management- Supply Chain Management- Data Analysis- Regulatory Compliance- Cross-Functional Understanding- Documentation- Supplier Quality Assessment- Quality Assurance-- Minimum Educational RequirementMaster's Degree or Comparable Qualification en Economic Sciences, Business Economics o Related fields-- Job Requirements (Experience, Skills)- Five years of related professional experience- Advanced English- Valid Passport and Visa- Availability to travel- Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949- ISO 14000.- Specific customer requirements ( AIAG, APQP, PPAP, VDA, Core tools ANPQP, SOP, etc. )- Statistical tools.- Knowledge of production processes- Knowledge of process and quality systems auditing- Problem-solving tools- Organizational requirements in aspects of MMS and Security- Are you full of ideas?
