**AI/ML Engineer****Location**: Guadalajara, Jal (On-site)**Client**: TCS (Working for one of the world’s largest cruise lines, headquartered in Miami, USA)**Role Overview**:**Mandatory Requirements**:- Solid experience developing and deploying ML models.- Production-grade monitoring and MLOps experience.- Proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).- Ability to translate RCA analysis into automated intelligent recommendation systems.- Background in auto-triage and AI-powered ticket routing.- Experience with classification, recommendation, or predictive analytics models.- Exposure to self-healing systems (auto-remediation) in SRE or DevOps environments.**Nice to Have**:- Experience using AppDynamics or Google Analytics for predictive analysis.- CI/CD integration within ML pipelines.- Experience with Azure Machine Learning.- Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.- Background in the travel and tourism industry.**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop scalable ML models for prediction and recommendation systems.- Operationalize solutions with automated retraining and monitoring.- Integrate models with dashboards and incident management systems.- Collaborate with teams to monitor KPIs and automate test data processes.- Automate ticket classification and escalation using AI.- Contribute to self-healing/auto-remediation projects with machine learning.**We Offer**:- Opportunity to develop domain knowledge in a niche international industry.- On-site work with a highly specialized international team.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments?- Are you proficient in Python and at least one ML framework such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch?- Have you previously built or maintained automated systems for incident prediction, classification, or ticket routing using AI/ML?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
