**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability of the codebase.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions competitive.- Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.- Document technical specifications and project progress to maintain transparency.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.**Qualifications**- Should have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.- Must possess novice-level English language skills to communicate effectively.- Should have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.- Should have excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.- Should have good interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Must be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.- Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.- Must be able to work from the office during day shifts as required by the role.**Certifications Required**Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Developer desirable
