This role will work with our US finance team based out of Massachusetts, USA, In addition to handling the USA general ledger close process, this position will be a key member of the team working on technical accounting, preparation of consolidated financials in NetSuite and managing transfer pricing with foreign subsidiaries. We are looking for a CPA with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in an international SaaS technology corporation with experience working with Revenue Recognition.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare reconciliations for monthly and yearly General Ledger close- Prepare monthly global consolidated financials with assistance from Corporate Controller and foreign subsidiaries- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and corporate income tax returns- Assist with technical accounting research and implementation as needed- Assist with software implementation (NetSuite or other software) and potential acquisition accounting as company continues to grow- Other ad hoc projects as requested by CFO and Corporate Controller**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Public accounting experience required; CPA in USA or Certificado from the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos preferred (active or inactive)- 10-15 years of accounting experience, preferably at a SaaS company- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and taxes (payroll, sales tax and multi-state corporate income taxes)- Advanced excel skills, experience closing month end periods in accounting software system- Hands-on experience with a positive attitude and strong communication skills**Additional Information** Other Duties** - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
