Why CompuCom? (Overview):The Sales Operations II provides day-to-day account interaction and order processing services for the customer. The role manages the account operations for specific accounts that includes the appropriate execution of product and services contract provisions. The Sales Operations II acts as an Order Management Group (OMG) team focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):- Facilitates integration of client and company processes to ensure customer satisfaction by generating reports, and analyzing data to present in quarterly business with clients.- Manages all aspects of assigned accounts, including set up and maintenance of Client Pricing Tool, order tracking and post support to ensure customer satisfaction.- Assists with the maintenance of department/branch plans, budgets, policies, or procedures.- Responsible for the administrative duties related to Sales Operations, including requesting, gathering, and organizing information from the field or from corporate.- Coordinate efforts between clients, inside sales and outside consultants.Who You Are (Qualifications):- Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in related field- Technical Competencies:- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software required.- Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.- Must be customer satisfaction oriented.- Competencies:- An in-depth knowledge of company operations, tact and excellent communication skills.-- Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and solid level of comfort with multi-tasking.-- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proven experience in developing, building and delivering quantitative metrics in a business context.-- Information Systems:
