Senior Project Manager Systems Power engineerAs a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Develop and successfully execute on project plans and schedules. Determine and lead the strategy for projects based on the business unit's priorities. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to determine timelines, priorities, and resources for the project. Lead through the contract change process, as needed. Determine and successfully execute on project implementation plans. Manage setting up partnerships, customer satisfaction and alliances with vendors.- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the customer's business priorities and initiatives. Discuss relevant trends and priorities integrating industry knowledge and solution knowledge. Challenge customers’ current way of doing business to drive results.- Manage and successfully execute the testing, approval, and documentation of completed projects. Identify any potential project risks and mitigation strategies and lead on actioning those. Successfully lead sales demonstrations, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.Required Qualifications and Experience- English speaking, writing fluency- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and minimum of 5 years of complex project management experience, managing highly technical projects. Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience required. International project management and solid understanding of international cultures and business transactions.- High level knowledge and experience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft ProjectAdditional Qualifications and Experience- Practical understanding of energy transmission and/or distribution systems, including operation, control, and optimization.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
