Responsible to Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate aspects related to hygiene and safety in the workplace to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly work environment. - OPI reports - KPI reports - Annual Environmental and Health program and campaigns. - Coordinate EMS team to work in different environmental projects - Coordinate HSMS team to work in different health and safety projects - Follow up of HSE goals - Submit monthly reports - Create and provide training to the personnel in the company. - Ensure employee safety & medical service follow up.- Coordinate medical attention and campaigns - Audit HSE compliance & create plans to assure legal requirements compliance - Leads HSE improvements projects - Coordinate Functional machine safety validation. - Determinate Machine Health and Safety Standards - Determinate strategies to assure Machine Safety standards adherence Background: ISO 14001, Environmental and Health legal requirements (Municipal and Federal). Creative, adaptability and team work Bachelor’s degree: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc. Or previous experience on the job.Certifications/Accreditations ISO 14001 Ergonomics OHSAS 18001 4 years in similar position English 90% conversational and written
