**Job Description**:**Work Apropertly**On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basisWhat will you do?People ManagementMonitoring of corporate Quality and Productivity systems (GMS)Payroll administration of hourly employeesProblem SolvingCollaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadershipAbility to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out.Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.Ability in training and development of personnel in charge**Additional Job Description**:**Required Qualifications**:Bachelor’s Degree: Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial all Engineering related.Required experience in similar position: from 2 to 3 years of experience in quality areas.Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).English Level: Intermediate /Advanced.**Preferred Qualifications**:Knowledge of stamped panel inspection, Core Tools Domain, Knowledge of GD&T, Knowledge of adjustments and tolerances, Analysis of dimensional and ARGUS reports, Checking fixtures settingsMicrosoft OfficeJust so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
