Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**:As a**Payroll Specialist**, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our unionized workforce in Monterrey. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction and operational efficiency, contributing to a positive workplace experience.**Key Responsibilities**:As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:- Managing payroll for unionized personnel- Capturing and calculating employee sick leave and disability (incapacidades)- Receiving and processing weekly payroll incidents- Reconciling and validating overtime- Processing weekly payroll runs- Handling employee terminations- Performing general ledger (GL) reconciliations- Managing saving fund reconciliations**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
