Warehouse Keeper

**Position**:Warehouse Keeper**Location**:Huejotzingo, Puebla.**Type of job**:Full time / presential.**Position Summary**The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials, equipment, and components related to the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This role is essential to ensure a continuous flow of materials for projects, while upholding standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods. (such as solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, process equipment, production raw and auxiliary materials, etc.)- Store materials in an organized and secure manner following technical and safety guidelines.- Prepare and dispatch orders according to project schedules or internal requests.- Conduct regular inventory counts and keep stock control systems updated.- Oversee proper packaging, loading, and unloading of materials.- Ensure products are in optimal condition before use or delivery.- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries.- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment assigned to projects.**Requirements**:**Education**:- **Bachelor’s degree completed** in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field (mandatory).**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, logistics, or construction warehouses.- Preferred: experience with solar energy equipment or related materials.**Knowledge**:- Inventory management best practices.- Proficiency in warehouse management software (ERP, WMS) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.- Understanding of safety standards and warehouse operations.**Skills**:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Team leadership and collaboration.- Forklift operation certification (preferred but not mandatory).- English: Intermediate - Advanced.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividad- Bono mensualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?Experiência:- logística: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 01/07/2025
